A dedicated section is provided for shearing various sizes of round and square bar. Channel and I-beam shear cutting tooling can be added where required.
The angle shearing station is designed for cutting angle steel with minimal material loss and reduced deformation. Moving blade corner radii can be selected for different angle sizes.
The notching station is suitable for notching flat bars and angles. A gauging table with stops supports precise positioning, while an interlocked safety guard provides visibility and protection.
Work stations incorporate hold-down arrangements for controlled operation. Limit switches can be used to set a shorter notch stroke, helping improve efficiency during repeated work.
